Well guys, its true bday ni mayki last jan 16, pero he had his celebration the day  before.. “salubong” ika nga. He expected you guys to come  pero  mukhang busy lahat, but dont worry di naman masama  loob nya. Sa   tabi ng Sm Sucat  ginawa together with his  team. Isang videoke bar and as usual umaatikabong red horse at mga inihaw na pulutan.. Masaya naman pero syempre iba pa rin kung nandun ang tropa…Di bale, there’s always a next time.. See you again guyz!!!!

Just try to, whenever you can. Believe me, it’s fantastic.

1. Take a 10-30 minute walk every day. And while you walk, smile. It is the ultimate anti-depressant.
2. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day. Buy a lock if you have to.
3. Record your late night shows and get more sleep.
4. When you wake up in the morning complete the following statement, “My purpose is to____ today.”
