What is 9-10-9?

the first 9 stands for the 9 days starting the menstruation period of a women safe for sexual intercourse.

10 stands for the interval of unsafe for sexual intercourse.

the second 9 stands for the period of having unlimited sex cause it is safe.

this apply only to women with regular interval of 28 days menstruation.
