Rotaractors from District 3780 had a spook-tacular blast during the Rotaract Annual District Halloween celebration held last November 3 at ADRR Virgil delos Santos’ residence in Tandang Sora. The seventy Rotoractors present were dressed up in Starwars, Matrix and other Hollywood characters while some donned their cowboy, and scary costumes.
